Please note: It may take me an extra moment to reply during peak wedding season (May - September), but I will always aim to reply within 48 hours.

FAQs

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

    Cancellations within 90 days of the event date are subject to the full balance.

    Minimum booking fees apply to the total combined services chosen, including the bride, bridal party, and any additional options within the corresponding year’s pricing menu.

    Services outside of trial & day of are not applied to the minimum booking fee.

    You can still book without knowing the full number of services; the difference needed to meet the minimum will be shown as a line item on your quote. Any services added thereafter will be deducted from that amount.

    Mon - Thurs:

    $650 without trial

    $1050 with trial

    Fri + Sun:

    $1050 without trial

    $1450 with trial

    Saturday:

    $1700 without trial

    $2100 with trial

    2027 Minimums:

    $675 without trial

    $1100 with trial

    Customized quotes are created to suit each client’s individual needs.

  • Consultations are a full trial run-through of the bridal hair and makeup look. These are reserved for booked clients and available mid-week.

    Recommended timeline is 1-3 months prior to the wedding date.

    Consultations are conducted in a Whistler studio space (a fee may apply) unless otherwise arranged with Colleen.

    Out-of-town clients may opt to have their trial the day or two before the wedding, as it can align nicely with other pre-wedding events.

  • Travel rates are determined on a per-km basis and calculated round-trip.

    If services take place outside of the Sea to Sky Corridor (or the start of travel takes place before 5:30 am), accommodation the evening before will be required for Colleen and if applicable, any assistants.

  • Colleen personally takes care of the Bride’s entire hair and makeup look and can accommodate up to 4 additional single services (dependent upon ceremony time).

    Colleen has a wonderful team of assistants who work alongside her when larger bridal parties are involved.

    Colleen will work with you and your planner to create the best hair and makeup schedule for your wedding-day timeline.

  • If work is scheduled to begin before 7:30 am, an early start fee will apply.
